Return Policy

Due to the nature of our merchandise we are unable to accept returns except for defective items. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at hello{at}dearhancock.com for further instructions. Defective items must be received by us no more than 7 days after the original delivery date in order to be eligible for a refund.
