Shipping Rates

We base our shipping costs on the USPS rate for priority shipments determined by package weight. Please contact us if you can not receive USPS delivery services at dearhancockweb@gmail.com

US Customers

Expect items to arrive within 3-7 days unless otherwise specified.

International customers

Expect items to arrive within 7-14 days unless otherwise specified.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our merchandise we are unable to accept returns except for defective items. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at dearhancockweb@gmail.com for further instructions. Defective items must be received by us no more than 7 days after the original delivery date in order to be eligible for a refund.

All of your information is held privately by Dear Hancock and will not be sold to other companies or third parties. Your personal information is only used for the services requested, processing an order and/or shipping your items.

Virginia Sales Tax

Virginia residents will be charged a 5.3% sales tax.

To limit the use of plastic your cards will not come in plastic sleeves. If you would prefer sleeves please reach out to us at dearhancockweb@gmail.com
